Advisory work fails when the analysis is sound but the explanation is not. We write for the people who have to make the decision and defend it afterwards.
We were formed to give organisations a single, consistent adviser across three areas that are usually handled separately — and that are almost always connected. A workforce restructure changes an insurance programme. A liquidity requirement changes an investment mandate.
Our engagements are deliberately scoped. We tell you what we will deliver, when, and at what cost, before any work begins. If we are not the right firm for a piece of work, we say so.
